John S. Carr Carr has been involved with developing subdivisions for over 30 years in Northwest Florida, participating in numerous developments as a developer, consultant, and real estate broker. He was instrumental in putting together the golf course communities of Tiger Point, east of Gulf Breeze and Marcus Pointe, in Pensacola. Focused on the progressive development of Pensacola, Carr has teamed with other Pensacola businessmen for Commercial redevelopment of downtown Pensacola. Swaine & Company - Swaine has been involved in the real estate business for over 40 years.
